AISEDOCK CUSTOMER POLICY

Service Terms

The rules for using the catalog, account and AisleDock sourcing services.

Version 1.0 · Prepared 5 August 2026 · Effective only after launch approval

Catalog and quotations

  • Public catalog information is indicative; prices are available only to signed-in buyers.
  • Prices, MOQ, availability and lead time may change until AisleDock sends a final quotation.
  • Third-party product cost and AisleDock service fees are shown separately. AisleDock adds ¥0 markup to third-party product cost.

Accounts

  • You must use an email address you control and provide accurate contact information.
  • Do not share one-time verification codes or use another customer’s account.
  • AisleDock may restrict an account for fraud, abuse, payment disputes or unlawful activity.

Orders and payment

  • A managed-fulfillment request is not an order and is not payable until the final quote, lead time and rules are accepted.
  • A payment screenshot is evidence submitted for review; procurement starts only after actual funds are verified.
  • Customer acceptance applies to the exact quote version. Any price change requires acceptance again.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape supplier information, bypass paid contact access, upload unlawful content or interfere with site security.
  • Customer messages and uploaded content remain in their original language and must not infringe third-party rights.

Liability boundary

AisleDock is responsible for performing the purchased service with reasonable care and for the commitments recorded in the confirmed order. We are not responsible for events outside reasonable control, but we will preserve evidence and help pursue available remedies.
