How pricing works

• The current service fee is ¥9 for each unique product link.
• Multiple models, colors or other variants under the same product link are charged once.
• Different product links are charged separately even when they lead to the same supplier.
• Eligible membership credits offset the same number of product links.

What you receive

• The recommended supplier’s available WeChat, phone, market and booth information.
• AisleDock assistance to establish the first effective contact.
• The supplier snapshot saved with the paid order.

Before and after payment

Supplier contact details are not disclosed in public pages, source code or unpaid API responses. They are unlocked only after AisleDock verifies the payment for the corresponding order.

Service limitation

This service introduces a recommended source; it is not managed procurement. If you transact directly, your later negotiation, payment, quality control and delivery arrangement are between you and the supplier unless separately covered by Managed fulfillment.
