Managed Fulfillment Scope
What AisleDock manages, how the transparent fee works, and where responsibility changes.
Version 1.0 · Prepared 5 August 2026 · Effective only after launch approvalIncluded service
- Supplier negotiation and availability confirmation.
- Quality and quantity checks, consolidation, packing and shipment to the confirmed address.
- Product photos or video, shipment evidence, defect coordination and parcel-trace assistance.
- A responsible advisor and an auditable order record.
Transparent pricing
- Final product cost, service fee and shipping fee are separate line items.
- Service fee is calculated automatically from confirmed product value: 10% up to ¥3,000 (minimum ¥199); 8% from ¥3,001–5,000 (minimum ¥300); 6% from ¥5,001–10,000 (minimum ¥400); 5% above ¥10,000 (minimum ¥600).
- Supplier discounts are passed to the customer; staff cannot add a hidden product markup or choose a private fee rate.
Quote and purchasing
- A request first enters manual review. The final quote includes lead time and is normally valid for 48 hours.
- The customer chooses available-first split purchasing or confirm-all-before-purchase.
- Procurement begins only after the current quote is accepted and actual payment is verified.
Responsibility
- AisleDock is responsible for wrong address handling, wrong shipping mark, wrong goods or shortages caused within our managed process.
- Warehouse loss after confirmed warehouse receipt does not automatically make AisleDock financially liable, but parcel-trace and claim assistance are included.
- Additional domestic shipping for customer-approved split deliveries requires approval before charge.
